La Cantina del Vino Barga

Highly recommend a visit to La Cantina del Vino for their excellent wine, hospitality and value for money. We popped in on the way to Barga and had such a lovely experience. Francesca and her team were extremely friendly and the wine was excellent, as were the unexpected snacks. A must for wine lovers.

We had an absolutely fantastic time. We got to try a variety of different wines, and were pleasantly surprised with the little snacks in between. The couple that run it were very sweet and made us feel so welcome. We would definitely recommend as a must do if you're staying in Barga!

A beautiful place to stay for campervans and motorhomes, with flat grass pitches and EHU. Francesca and her husband are the best hosts for camping, wine tasting and sales, they are very attentive, joyful, supportive and relaxed at the same time.

What a great stopover. Nice grass pitch with EHU. We had an excellent wine tasting with the glasses being very generous, lots of little nibbles which were delicious. Bought 11 bottles the following day. Barga is great with a real Scottish connection and the old town has lots of good restaurants.

The best place to spend your nights. Honestly. The host is the most kind person. The prices are more than fair, and the services are perfect. Fresh water, grey water, toilet waste: all clean, well maintained and easily accessible. And the view into the mountains will blow you away.

A family business, they are really friendly, helping! The view, the air, the area, the things to be visited are mesmerising! They have local goods you can buy like wine, biscuits, honey, marmalade. They have spots with electricity and without, 20 pitches. We arrived without reservation, but you can also reserve in advance!

Loved it here.... Great wine tasting experience... and made some great purchases. Excellent value..... town a short walk.... a big Scottish affinity here!
