2. Data Collected
We collect personal data you provide directly through website forms, mainly through the camper area booking form: first name, last name, email address, stay dates, number of guests, vehicle length, and optional notes. The site also uses technical security tools (reCAPTCHA) and, only with consent, analytics tools (Google Analytics 4). We do not collect payment data and we do not sell products online.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis
Data collected through the booking form is processed to respond to your request and manage the reservation (legal basis: pre-contractual/contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing mandatory booking form data and privacy consent is necessary to handle the request; without it we cannot process the booking. GA4 analytics cookies are processed only with consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Anti-spam and security checks (reCAPTCHA) are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in website security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Newsletter subscriptions, if and when activated, are processed only with explicit consent.
4. Recipients of Data
Data may be processed by technical service providers appointed as data processors, where required, for hosting/infrastructure, email delivery, and anti-spam protection. For statistical analytics, with consent, we use Google Analytics 4. For anti-bot protection we use Google reCAPTCHA. If and when newsletter features are activated, data may be processed through Brevo (Sendinblue). Some providers may process data outside the EEA; in such cases, processing is based on appropriate safeguards under Arts. 44 et seq. GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
5. Data Retention
Booking data is retained for the time needed to manage the request/booking and, where applicable, for legal administrative and tax obligations. Newsletter data, if processed, is retained until consent is withdrawn. Technical and log data is retained for the period required for security and system operation.

This site uses technically necessary cookies and, with your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4 in Consent Mode). You can change or withdraw your choices at any time via the footer link.
